Leonard “Rock” Roccaforte 525 Lakeshore Drive |
Constable Leonard “Rock” Roccaforte would like
to thank you for visiting his office’s website. “I take great
pride in my staff. We serve the Courts of Jefferson County, the State of
Texas, and the greatest country in the world, America, with quick and efficient
response. We also serve the people of Jefferson County in all areas of law
enforcement.” Constable Roccaforte grew up in Port Arthur, and
after graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1966 he joined the
United States Army. Upon returning home Leonard went to work at Texaco
Refinery until the “Big Lay-off”. He took advantage of this
time and went to Lamar University to train for the job he always wanted,
Law Enforcement. Leonard served his rookie time at Lumberton Police Department
before joining the Constable Precinct Two department under the leadership
of Constable Anthony “Tony” Ippolito. When Constable Ippolito
retired, Leonard won the election and has been serving the people of Precinct
Two since 1997. |
