Yes—but only if you have a Qualifying Life Event. These include:
  • Change in legal marital status (marriage, divorce, death)
  • Change in number of dependents (birth, adoption, death)
  • Change in employment status
  • Dependent reaches age 26
  • Coverage/cost changes under another plan
  • Gaining or losing eligibility for Medicaid/CHIP

You must enroll or change coverage within 30 days at www.employeenavigator.com . Also submit supporting documentation (e.g., marriage license, birth certificate, proof of coverage changes) within 30 days to Risk Management.
